Sometimes you feel disoriented, this feeling usually appears when you’re confused. For the time being, you go hard on yourself and want to grasp everything that surrounds you. You place so much pressure on yourself that you hesitate to do routine tasks, and it extremely affects your personality. The only thing you can do is be kind to yourself, and find peace in things that matter to you. There can be multiple reasons for this unwelcoming scenario. Firstly, try to figure out why it happens. is it guilt that bothers you? do you associate this guilt with your confusion? Remember that this guilt does not have to be rational; it is simply a fear that we are not doing enough. . The most important thing is to go easy on yourself, rest and meditate, and spend time with your friends. Do what you value in life.
